Horizontal is the original position for quartzware cleaners. And for some applications including low ceilings or full immersion process demands, they still are the best choice. Poly-Flow makes a pair of standard models sure to meet your needs. The most popular model, H0423 provides two troughs: one for tubes up to 86 inches long, and a second for assorted quartzware including cantilevers, T/C sheaths, boats and paddles.

The front tube trough features adjustable rollers and spray nozzles to efficiently accommodate a range of tube diameters. Both troughs can immersion etch with recirculating acid then finish with a spray clean using dilute, virgin acid.

The H-413 is ergonomically designed with a single trough for all items. Adjustable motorized rollers are removable when other items are cleaned.

Specifications PROCESS Operator blends chemicals in holding tanks from BCDS. A tube is placed on automatic rollers. Tubes are sprayed with concentrated acid on the inside and/or the acid can be programmed to fill the trough to partially immerse the tube. Spray and/or immersion rinse are programmable. Parts are placed in the trough for immersion etch and rinse. Solution(s) recirculate as programmed. Single use acid is sprayed on all parts for a final etch from dedicated piping.
